Exchanges and Returns

If you have received incorrect or defective items, please email info@bigilamira.com to discuss this.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt of delivery, provided they are in original and resalable condition.
Once the products have been returned, you will be entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used or opened, or are not in their original condition.

Return Request

1. Download, print and complete the return form if you have not already done so. Request the return form via the form below.
2. Send the return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to the email address info@bigilamira.com.
3. Once approved, ensure that your return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions listed below.
4. Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package.
5. Use Insured shipping service with tracking to ensure the package reaches us safely.
6. Send a tracking email with tracking information to info@bigilamira.com.

Terms and conditions for returns:

- All returned items must be unused, unopened and with original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
- Make sure all returned items are well packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- Make sure all return packages are sent with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping.
- Make sure the return form is approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.

& Specify your order number, email address and reason for return.

Step 2: Submit your order

Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure you include a tracking code for the shipment. You are responsible for the package and we want to avoid any confusion.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

After receiving the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within five working days.
