2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro

  • PayPal — pay using your PayPal account balance or linked card

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay — available on supported devices

  • iDEAL (Netherlands) — for local Dutch bank transfers

  • Klarna (Pay Later) — subject to eligibility

  • Bank Transfer / SEPA Payments — upon request for custom or high-value orders

All payments are processed in Euros (EUR) unless another currency is explicitly offered at checkout.


3. When Payment Is Taken

Payment is collected immediately at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order for dispatch. Orders with pending or failed payments will not be shipped until payment clears successfully.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Fees

  • All product prices displayed on our website include VAT (21%) for EU-based customers.

  • Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or local VAT. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the total shown at checkout.

  • We do not charge additional processing fees for any payment method.

  • Shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before final confirmation.

5. Currency & Exchange Rates

All transactions are processed in EUR. If your bank account or credit card operates in another currency, your payment provider will convert the amount using their prevailing exchange rate. We are not responsible for differences in exchange rates or for any additional international transaction fees.

To protect both our customers and our business, we may perform security verification before dispatching your order. Verification steps may include:

  • validating transaction authorization with your card issuer

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled. In such cases, any funds captured will be refunded promptly.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account once approved.
