Finished shopping? It's time to finalize your order. Click the 'Shopping Bag' icon in the upper right corner to go to your Bigilamira items. On the next screen, you can change the quantities if you wish. Then click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. You will now be taken to the checkout page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.
Please note: Once your order has been completed, you will not be able to change it, as it is immediately processed so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

1. What are the shipping costs?
JeruzalemHealth covers the shipping costs. You do not pay any shipping costs.
Shipping costs for returning the product must be paid by yourself.
2. Can I track my shipment?
Yes, we ship all items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page. You will receive the link by email as soon as the order is shipped.
It may take some time for the Track & Trace status to be available.
3. What are the delivery times?
JeruzalemHealth strives for fast delivery of the products. When you order on a business day before 3:00 PM, we aim to process the order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 business days.
4. What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If your package has not been delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at the Israel Post location. You will receive a message from the driver with the pickup location. After 7 days, Israel Post will return the package to our warehouse.
5. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct. We make every effort to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window of time to correct an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect address. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or the package is returned to sender, the costs for this will be borne by the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If Track & Trace shows that your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please report it. After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, an investigation will be initiated by Israel Post and we will keep you updated until the investigation is complete.
